SpamSweep Terms of Use

By accessing or using SpamSweep (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility
You must:
• Be at least 16 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws

2. Service Description
SpamSweep is a productivity and email-management application designed to help users reduce spam and improve inbox efficiency using automation and intelligent filtering.
The Service is currently:
• In active development
• Under review for full App Store release
• Subject to ongoing testing, refinement, and compliance checks

3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform
• Interfere with security or infrastructure
• Misuse automation features

4. AI & Automated Outputs
SpamSweep uses automated systems and AI-assisted logic.
You acknowledge that:
• Outputs may not always be perfect
• Results are informational and assistive only
• Final responsibility for decisions remains with you

5. Third-Party Integrations
SpamSweep may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g. email providers).
We are not responsible for:
• Third-party outages
• Policy changes
• Data practices outside our control

6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, code, and materials belong to SpamSweep unless otherwise stated.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpamSweep shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, profits, or productivity
• Decisions made based on Service outputs

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for:
• Policy violations
• Security risks
• Legal compliance reasons
